2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT POLICY
2.1 Signing up with minimum of five days before of the date of the training a non-refundable $ 500 ( five hundred dollars) deposit is required to register for the Boldbrows Basic training.
2.2 Signing up 3 days before the date of the training a full payment of the training cost is non – refundable.
3. REMAINING BALANCE PAYMENT After de deposit payment the remaining balance must be paid in full to take the training and receive the corresponding kit.
3.1 Electronic Payments Electronic payments, money transfers or card payments have be done three days before the day of the training.
3.2 Cash Payment Remaining balance payment in cash could be make on the first day of the training ( before starting the training).
4. TRAINING CANCELLATION BY PATSY BROWS & BEAUTY ACADEMY LLC If the event is canceled by Patsy Brows and Beauty Academy LLC, the student will be registered in online training to start the educational activity and within the next 10 business days the academy will notify the student of a new date to attend a Live training.
Cancellation of training by Academy without a rescheduled future date will give effect to a refund of the student's deposit.
If the Training Cancellation by Patsy Brows and Beauty Academy LLC is made and the student does not wish to register for the online option, the student will receive a partial refund with deduction of 15% to cover the bank transaction and others fees.
5. NON- SHOW If the student does not show up for the training, the academy will contact them to offer to attend the next available training or signing to our online training with a fee of 15% of the cost of the course to cover processing costs and organizer fees.
All the free events that Patsy Brows And Beauty Academy offer to the new or existing clients/students do not include any certificate, grant, gift or bonus, and it is not charged any fee. Free events are using and effected as a informative activity for new introducing of services, product or education to let our clients/students know more information about it.
We will never sent any item by mail.
If we are advertising a specific brand, the brand reserves the right and we are not doing advertising the brand as our brand.
Scheduling an appointment at Patsy Brows & Beauty LLC is subject to the following cancellation policies.
DEPOSIT: A deposit is required to secure your apporintment, Any deposit is non-refundable or transferable (restrictions apply). The deposit is credited towards your service's cost.
1- No additional charge will be made if you wish to cancel your appointment within the first 24 hours after scheduling an appointment.
2- Appointments canceled 24 hours after being scheduled do not qualify for a deposit refund.
3-Appointments canceled within 72 hours prior to your appointment will have a charge of 35% of the total cost of the scheduled service.
4- Appointments rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment will have an extra charge of $ 35 dollars.
5- No shows will result in deposit being lost and will get charged 35% of the cost service fee, 35% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be automatically charged (the deposit is not part of the 35% charge).
6- Appointments not confirmed by the client, are automatically canceled appointments and a charge of 35% of the total cost of the service will be made. If you want to reschedule you must contact us least 3 days prior to the date of the appointment and a $35 dollars will be charged for reschedule , otherwise the cancellation policy will be effective.
The client can reschedule same appointment up to 2 times with same deposit after second time reschedule the deposit is loss and need to make another deposit if need to reschedule again.
Canceling your appointment appointment for any reason will result in your deposit being lost.
PAYMENT: The remaining balance is due in cash, Venmo, Zelle or card on the day of your appointment. Please plan accordingly.
RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW If you need to reschedule, we do require 72 hours in advance notice otherwise client looses booking deposit.
Any reschedules under 72 hours will result forfeiture of your deposit and a new deposit will be required.
LATE POLICY If you are running late please let me know ASAP.
In you are more than 15 min late and I can't accomodate you, then appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be lost.
I'm usually booked back to back and i need to have enough sapce lot for every client.
You can schedule another appointment with a new deposit change.
COVER UPS & CORRECTIONS Previous/old work is not considered a "touch up"
I don't do touch ups over work done by other Artist..
If you have previous work, then is considered a new service and you need to be evaluated , please send 3 good pictures 1 of your both brows and 1 of each side without make up, no filters and a really good light to info@patsybrows.com
or text to + 1(541) 908 6831 A cover up or correction is needed and will be charge as a new service with the coresponding fee depends of the technique.
No all the previous work done by other Artistis can be corrected, some times is necesary to do color Clarification and if you scheduled an appoinment without consultation and once you are in the studio and don't qualify for a cover up or correction you can dicede to do color clarification but if that is not your choice you will lose your deposit and a charge of 35% of the total cost of the technique you chose will be made.
DISCLAIMER : I have the right to refuse service to any person that doesn't qualify to the service for cosmetic or health reasons.
The service or technique will also be denied to any person who could put the reputation of the professional or Academy at risk without having the right to refund of the deposit .
Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice.
There are no refunds for any services that have been performed.
Any permanent Makeup services need to be in 2 sessions (some times more that 2 are necessary with lips and brows work over previous tattoo) and a first touch up is reccomended beetwen 6 to 8 weeks after the initial treatment.
Touch ups are not included in the initial price.
Not following before and after care will compromise your results.
It is normal that you lose up to 50% of color after healing process of the first session.
it is abnormal lose more than 50% of color , and always thepends in the aftercare that the clien performs.
For this reason a touch up is always necesary to add the color that was lost after the healing process in the first session.
Results:
Each person has diferent result all depends the skin type,aftercare, health and lifestyle, brow bone structure, and medication taken.
Companions or Visitors:
to avoid the spread of Covid-19 no companions or visitors are allowed.
Everyone accepts pigment and heals different - we have no control how your brows will heal after you leave the studio.
Permanent Makeup is an art, and not science.
Clients results will vary and have no control of this, and the use of powder/pomade/pencil makeup may still be needed.
Remember Permanent Makeup is LOW maintenance not NO maintenance.
Aftercare is for 10 days but the complete healing process could take up to 6 weeks for brows, lip blush and eyeliner.
After Care requires no sweating like going to the gym, run, zumba, no sun, swimming, facials, sauna, botox, peelings, wax or makeup is allowed.
I advise that you don't schedule your appointment close to any vacation time or special event.

In case our company sends the wrong product, the customer can contact us within the next 8 business days after receiving the product.
A prepaid label will be sent to return the product. Upon receipt our specialists will analyze the article to confirm that it is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
In case the item does not comply with our replacement policies, an replacement can not be made.
If the item is in perfect condition will be contacted in a maximum of 5 working days after receiving the item and will be confirmed by an e-mail confirmation of the shipment of your new item.

Damaged packaging is no the responsability of Patsy Brows & Beauty Academy LLC.

This event is free.
It is an informational event in which information related to in-person eyelash extension training will be provided.
Kit is not included.
Education is not included.
Educational follow-up is not included.
Patsy Brows and Beauty Academy will not pay for additional education, nor will it provide free eyelash extension training.
Any additional purchases during the event will have to be paid in a timely manner at the actual cost.
